MY EX IS ERRATIC AND/OR CHRONICALLY LATE
MAKING CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS. WHAT CAN I DO?

What can you do about that? That's slamdunk if the ex is employed, ordinarily, because the court will issue an income withholding order if asked. The money is taken from the paycheck periodically and sent to the Georgia Child Support Receiver, who sends you a check that you know will be good and keeps accurate records of dates and amounts paid on your behalf.
